About the Company We are recruiting for a highly innovative European scale-up in the MedTech and SportTech ecosystem. They develop cutting-edge solutions combining connected hardware (high-precision biomechanical sensors) and a dedicated SaaS platform, used daily by physical therapists, specialized clinics, and elite sports clubs. Present in the US market for 2 years, the company is experiencing massive growth. You will join a close-knit and dynamic local team of 4 people based in the US (out of a 5-person global squad for this division), directly managed by Sarah, the Team Lead.
Your Role: 70% Sales Development & 30% Customer Success This is a unique, hybrid role where you will both hunt for new business and nurture existing clients. The position is hybrid (2 days per week on-site at the Miami office).
Business Development (70%):
* * Outbound Prospecting: Active cold calling and outreach to generate new leads in the physical therapy and sports performance markets.
* Inbound Management: Qualify and convert inbound leads coming through marketing efforts.
Customer Success & Account Management (30%):
* * Remote Onboarding: Conduct product training and onboarding sessions for new clients via video calls.
* Account Growth: Drive renewals and identify upselling opportunities within your client portfolio.
* Support: Handle level 1 support tickets and ensure overall client satisfaction and product adoption.
Your Profile
* * Experience: 1 to 3 years of experience in a B2B role, either as an SDR/BDR (Sales) or as a CSM (Customer Success).
* Versatility: You are as comfortable hunting and making cold calls as you are patiently training a client on a software/hardware product.
* Tech-Savvy & Remote-Ready: Highly comfortable conducting business, product demos, and onboarding sessions entirely over video.
* Location: Based in or near Miami, FL, and able to commute to the office 2 days a week. xawqmyg
Package & Benefits
* * Base Salary: $45,000
* Variable/Commission: $30,000 (uncapped)
* Total Target Earnings (OTE): $75/80,000.
* Flexibility: Hybrid work model.
