SDM Resident Engineer
Resource Count: 1, Location: Westlake/Dallas, TX Rates - 45/hr to 50/hr on C2C Key skills:
- Strong hands on experience with deploying and validating HSS, HLR, NDS (Network Directory Server)
- Generating MOPs
- Experience at Telecommunication or Apertio is ideal, experience as a "resident engineer" is even more ideal
Job Responsibilities:
- Work with the customer within North America to perform on LAB testing, debugging network and solutions.
- Test plans to enable efficient integration procedures and end user customer acceptance and will include appropriate, the following:
- Debug daily operation & maintenance as per Nokia support model.
- To support network availability and performance during launch period.
- Support on tracking issues and testing solutions before releasing to customer.
- Testing method of procedures (MOP) for before releasing to customer labs.
- Reviewing the procedures with the customers and updating as needed.
- Helping operation team on daily issues, KPI tracking etc.
- Support includes following products and solutions supplied by Nokia: Nokia SDM, NT-HLR, HSS-FE, OneNDS
