Sr. QA Automation Engineer
Required Skills
- 10+ years of QA Automation experience with framework development from scratch
- Android Automation: Appium, UIAutomator2
- Web Automation: Selenium WebDriver, Cypress
- API Automation: Karate, REST Assured
- Performance & Load Testing: JMeter, Gatling, k6
- Android Performance Testing & Profiling: Android Studio Profiler, ADB, Perfetto
- Strong programming in Java or JavaScript
- CI/CD integration using Jenkins
- Test Strategy, Test Planning, Test Case Design, Risk-Based Testing
- Agile/Scrum experience
- 1+ year of hands-on experience with MongoDB, Node.js, and AWS
Preferred Skills:
- MongoDB testing (queries, schema, indexes, migration, performance)
- AWS services: S3, Kinesis, IoT Core, Lambda, Step Functions, CloudWatch
- GitHub Copilot or AI-assisted development tools
- Test data management, masking, synthetic data generation
- Service virtualization: WireMock, MockServer, Mockito
- Event-driven and asynchronous system testing
- Observability, logs, metrics, and tracing analysis
- Network, proxy, and latency simulation testing
- Device testing: Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, barcode scanner, battery, offline scenarios
- Retail, store technology, or other high-availability customer-facing platforms
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- QA or Cloud certifications are a plus.
