Scrum Leader OpportunityWe are seeking an experienced, skilled, and upbeat Scrum Leader to be part of a squad responsible for launching and growing product offerings in FILI. You will support one or more cross-functional squads, engaging with all team members and the Squad Leader to reinforce and embed an agile approach and principles into the day-to-day work. By demonstrating and promoting Fidelity and agile leadership behaviors, you will evolve and sustain an innovative agile culture.The Expertise and Skills You Bring:Deep experience in software development, with at least 4 years leading scrum teams focused on building software solutions for technology initiativesExperience in a Scrum Leader role and a Certified Scrum Master (CSM)Professional experience as a Systems Analyst for software solutionsDeep knowledge of scrum tools – Jira, Jira Align experience desirableExcellent systems analysis skillsExperience in developing and authoring solution requirements and specifications for moderate to complex software systemsExperience with Structured Query Language (SQL) and API (Application Programming Interface) consumer tools such as PostmanExperience with Agile development methodologiesBachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related technology subject areaAbility to mentor and coach the teams and individuals across divergent functions, experiences, and geographiesAbility to influence behavior without having organizational hierarchyStrong analytical, problem-solving skills and adapting to organizational changesAbility to brainstorm with teams on solutions to address challenges and roadblocksEffective communication and people-interaction skillsEfficiency in written and verbal communications and dedication to tailoring content to the appropriate audience (business vs.

The ideal candidate should show ease at making personal connections, be confident in leading and constructively challenging with a dedicated approach to solving problems and overcoming obstacles. You will partner with other members on the squad to accelerate value delivery, by acting as a change agent, role model, and teacher. You will support them as they mature in their understanding and application of agile principles and practices (e.g., Scrum ceremonies) and remove impediments to fully realizing the benefits of working in an Agile format and structure.
