Job TitleCertification and Experience:Active Certified Scrum Master (CSM) credential or equivalent Agile certification.Minimum of three (3) years of experience supporting or managing projects within intelligence data system environments or comparable federal intelligence systems.Technical Proficiency:Proficient in Microsoft Project and JIRA for planning, tracking, and reporting project activities.Familiarity with cloud-based collaboration and documentation tools commonly used in Agile environments.Demonstrated Competence:Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum principles, with the ability to guide, coach, and align multidisciplinary teams.Proven ability to facilitate Agile ceremonies, remove impediments, and foster continuous improvement across technical and stakeholder groups.
