Technical Scrum Masters Opportunity
Utility experience is a plus. Enterprise level experience is required. WAN/LAN support and two Data Center/Enterprise Voice support. Deep technical knowledge isn’t required (they’re bringing in specialized Product Owners with that knowledge), but someone who can “talk the talk” and understand the terms (e.g., router, rack, VOIP, etc.—tech infrastructure knowledge/exposure) would be a big plus.
Two “technical” scrum masters are needed for the tech support team. Teams are WAN/LAN support and Data Center/Enterprise Voice support. They’re also just transitioning from waterfall to agile with this project, so folks who’ve been through that and can anticipate challenges and support the team through it would also be a plus. Would need to be someone who is solid in agile, but could also be seen as a “project manager” by the team who hasn’t figured out agile yet. Mainly using Azure DevOps, but can teach the right person if they don’t have that so not a deal breaker. 12 months starting ASAP, likely extensions. Local not required for this team.
