Senior Scrum Master / Team CoachAs a key Agile leader within a large-scale SAFe environment, the Senior Scrum Master / Team Coach will serve as both a servant leader and agile mentor to Agile Teams and Agile Release Trains (ARTs). This role is instrumental in promoting Agile maturity, facilitating team-level and ART-level ceremonies, coaching on Lean-Agile best practices, and removing impediments to drive business value. Strong experience with the Atlassian suite—especially Jira Align—is critical, and candidates must hold a SAFe 6.0 Scrum Master Certification.
