Scrum MasterExecute on Scrum Master responsibilities that include prioritizing and facilitating daily stand-up meetings, reviews, retrospectives, sprint and release planning, demos and other Scrum-related meetings.Influence team members to leverage, follow and support agile software development practicesInterface with product owner and key stakeholders in Project Management, Business, QA and Technology Operations to ensure high quality delivery of software projects on time and budgetTrack internal and external Project dependenciesIdentify gaps/risks early and establish mitigation plansFoster data driven insights and continuous improvement.Track and communicate team velocity and sprint/release progress, maintain process documentation.Deliver accurate and succinct updates and critical issues (with business impacts) during Scrum of Scrums and Biweekly Sprint Review meetingsServe and support team by removing impediments and partnering with Senior Leaders and Project ManagersAssist team with making appropriate commitments through story selection and task definition; Identify and remove impediments; prevent distractions and deliver the sprint goal; Facilitate discussion and conflict resolutionEmpower the teams to self-organize; improve the efficiency of the sprint teams; ensure that the team strives to make each increment of functionality potentially releasable.Utilize scrum tools and frameworks to achieve efficiency both internally and externallyEnsure the coordination of individual team deliverable are synchronized as necessary to achieve product releasesTake on individual tasks within the sprint when necessary, to allow engineers to focus on engineering work.Must be a Certified Scrum Master with 5+ years Scrum Master Experience.

Experience using Atlassian suite (Jira, Confluence). Detailed understanding of agile software development methodologies, values, and procedures. Must be an excellent team player with the ability to influence and negotiate.

Experience working with agile methodology on large scale, technically complex projects for a large enterprise. Thorough understanding of the software development life-cycle. Highly adaptable to changing environment. Must have exceptional communication, organization, and time management skills.Ability to coach teams to reach their highest potential. Must be self-motivated, as well as, creative and efficient in proposing solutions to complex, time-critical problems. Must be collaborative in driving decisions and able to deal with multiple projects and deadlines. Ability to set clear sprint performance standards, resolve sprint performance issues, keep team engaged and on task.
