Urgent requirement. Scrum Master for a fast-paced Salesforce implementation program, leading the team to deliver on sprint goals.
Requirements:
- 7+ years of Salesforce delivery experience (Health Cloud, Service Cloud, or Experience Cloud)
- Proven Scrum Master: sprint planning, standups, reviews, retrospectives, backlog refinement
- Hands-on implementation experience, not just O&M
- Strong Scrum/Agile knowledge (SAFe a plus)
- Salesforce configuration or admin skills
- Understanding of Salesforce release cycles, integrations and deployments
- Track sprint metrics, velocity, risks and dependencies
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, Zephyr, or Salesforce DevOps tools
- Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, or SAFe SM)
- Strong communication and facilitation skills
