As part of our Project Management Office, the Scrum Master will play a key role in coaching teams, implementing, and supporting agile practices and driving continuous improvement. The Scrum Master should have experience fostering a culture of collaboration and ensuring teams operate efficiently.Key Responsibilities:Guide and support our IT and Business teams through our agile journey through coachingAct as a servant leader, removing impediments and enabling the team to focus on deliveryWork closely with stakeholders and cross functional teams to align prioritiesPromote agile best practices, tools and processes to enhance team performance and efficiencyIdentify and drive process improvements that support agility at both the team and organizational levelBuild strong relationships with IT and Business stakeholdersMeasure and track agility maturity and key performance indicatorsPromote a culture of transparency, accountability and iterative deliveryQualifications3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in an agile environmentExperience leading teams through an agile transformationStrong understanding of Kanban, Scrum or other agile frameworksExperience coaching and mentoring agile teams and stakeholders with various levels of agile experienceStrong facilitation and problem solving skillsBackground with IT delivery, software development or business process transformationFamiliarity with Monday.com, Azure DevOpsSalary Range $77,762 - $150,069 + bonusIn accordance with applicable pay transparency laws, this range represents a good-faith estimate.

Final compensation will be determined based on factors such as experience, credentials, geographic location, and other considerations permitted by law.This role may be based out of any of our office locations, including:Parsippany, NJ; Conshohocken, PA; Wilkes?Barre, PA; Alpharetta, GAApplicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future sponsorship.
