Scrum MasterLocation: Lisle, IL Onsite/ Remote: Day 1 Onsite at customer locationKey Responsibilities:Serve as Scrum Master for one or more mobile application Scrum teamsFacilitate Agile ceremonies: Sprint Planning Daily Stand-ups Sprint Reviews RetrospectivesCoach mobile development teams on Scrum, Agile principles, and continuous improvementRemove impediments and proactively manage dependencies affecting mobile app deliveryCollaborate closely with Product Owners to ensure a well-groomed and prioritized backlogTrack sprint progress using tools like Jira / Azure DevOps and ensure transparency through Agile metrics (velocity, burn-down charts, etc.)Foster strong collaboration between iOS, Android, QA, UX, DevOps, and backend teamsProtect the team from external interruptions and ensure focus on sprint goalsSupport Agile release planning and coordinate with cross-functional teamsPromote quality best practices including automated testing, CI/CD, and definition of done for mobile appsIdentify risks early and help teams adopt mitigation strategiesEncourage a culture of accountability, continuous learning, and high performanceRequired Skills Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fieldProven experience as a Scrum Master in mobile application development projectsStrong understanding of: Scrum and Agile frameworks Mobile app development lifecycle (iOS Android)Hands-on experience with Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similarExcellent facilitation, communication, and conflict-resolution skillsAbility to work with distributed and cross-functional teamsExperience supporting teams working with CI/CD pipelines and mobile app releasesStrong problem-solving and organizational skillsPreferred Qualifications:Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PSM, or SAFe certificationExperience working in Scaled Agile environmentsKnowledge of DevOps, CI/CD, and cloud-based mobile buildsExposure to mobile app store release processes (Apple App Store / Google Play)Background as a developer, QA, or business analyst in mobile projects
