Junior Scrum Master / Agile Program LeadWe are seeking a Junior Scrum Master / Agile Program Lead with 2–3 years of relevant experience to support Agile delivery within a mission-driven, nonprofit environment. The ideal candidate is local to Dallas, TX, and can commute onsite 2 days per week. This is a great opportunity for a junior project manager with Scrum Master certifications or experience to work closely with IT leadership and cross-functional teams on high-impact digital initiatives.Key Responsibilities:Facilitate Agile ceremonies including Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.Support Product Owners and Business Analysts in backlog grooming and sprint goal alignment.Remove impediments and serve as a servant-leader for Agile teams.Coordinate with multiple cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment and consistent delivery.Utilize tools like Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, and Figma for project tracking and reporting.Promote Agile best practices and help increase Agile maturity across the organization.Report key sprint metrics, team velocity, and performance to IT leadership.Shadow the IT Solutions Manager and provide support on planning, governance, and execution initiatives.Act as a liaison between technical and non-technical teams to enhance collaboration and transparency.Required Qualifications:2–3 years of experience as a Scrum Master, Jr.

Project Manager, or Agile Delivery Coordinator.Experience working with Agile delivery teams in a cross-functional environment.Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, and Figma.Strong interpersonal, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills.Excellent communication and organizational abilities.Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience).Scrum Master certification (CSM, SAFe, PMI-ACP, or similar) preferred.Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills:Exposure to Salesforce platforms (especially NPSP or other CRM systems).Experience working in nonprofit or philanthropic organizations.Understanding of IT governance and portfolio/project prioritization processes.Work Conditions:Candidate must be local to Dallas, TX and available to work onsite 2 days per week.Remote work flexibility on non-onsite days.Collaborative, purpose-driven environment with growth potential into leadership.
