Scrum MasterWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Scrum Master to facilitate Agile practices within our teams. The Scrum Master will be responsible for guiding teams in adopting Scrum principles, ensuring effective collaboration, and removing impediments to deliver high-quality products on time. This role acts as a servant-leader, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and Agile excellence.Key Responsibilities:Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including: daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, retrospectivesGuide and coach the team on Agile/Scrum principles and best practicesEnsure the team adheres to Scrum processes and frameworkRemove obstacles and impediments that hinder the team's progressCollaborate closely with Product Owners to manage and refine the product backlogPromote transparency and clear communication across stakeholdersTrack and report progress using Agile metrics (velocity, burn-down charts, etc.)Foster a culture of continuous improvement through retrospectives and feedbackSupport multiple teams if required in a scaled Agile environment (SAFe, Scrum of Scrums, etc.)Help the organization adopt Agile mindset and practices beyond the teamRequired Skills & Qualifications:Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)Agile & Scrum: Proven experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach; strong understanding of Agile frameworks: Scrum, Kanban, SAFe; Scrum certifications preferred: CSM, PSM, SAFe Scrum MasterTools: Experience with Agile tools: JIRA, Azure DevOps, Trello, or similar toolsCommunication & Leadership: Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills; strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities; ability to work with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environmentPreferred Qualifications:Experience in IT, software development, or digital transformation projectsKnowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelinesExperience working in large enterprise or distributed teamsCoaching and mentoring experienceKey Competencies:Servant leadershipFacilitation & coachingStakeholder managementAdaptability and flexibilityContinuous improvement mindsetTeam empowerment and collaborationKPIs / Success Metrics:Sprint goal achievement rateTeam velocity and predictabilityReduction in impediments and blockersTeam satisfaction and engagementImprovement in delivery timelines and product qualityWork Environment:Agile, collaborative, and cross-functional team setupMay involve remote or hybrid working environmentsDiverse Lynx LLC is an Equal Employment Opportunity employer.
