Agile CoachObserve current PMO (scrum) processes within Walmart's InfoSec PMO organization and coach teams on applying agile principles, values, practices, as well as usage of PM tools and techniques.Capture current ways of working of Walmart InfoSec Scrum Masters and provide documented improvement and development feedback to current Scrum team and PMO organization.Coach and mentor Scrum Masters, guide teams on Agile ceremonies and best practices.Prepare documented summary of recommendations, including team level feedback aligning to industry best practices.Partner with PMO team to assess Scrum and Kanban practices in place, build agile maturity plan of recommendation.Utilize experience as Agile Coach or Scrum Master having had experience with Agile principles. Serve as the servant leader for team(s) by ensuring clear communication and helping the team reach its goal through recommendation and guidance. Drive the appropriate methodology focused on predictable, quality delivery and driving continuous improvement of the team.
Provide guidance on improving team productivity by removing impediments that may obstruct the pursuit of the team's goals and by preserving flexibility and ability to rapidly respond to changes on the team.Solid understanding of agile values, principles and Scrum framework.Possesses situational awareness, and demonstrated judgment in prior experience. Interested in continual improvement, learning, and knowledge sharing.Understands conflict resolution, appreciates organizational transparency, and building trust.Ability to communicate effectively and capture/document observations.Ability to work in an unstructured, fast-paced environment.Training in agile, and or completed Scrum certification.Working with teams distributed in US, Eastern, Central and Pacific time zones.Project Management Certification and Scrum Master certification.
