Scrum Master / Project ManagerLocation: New York, NY (Hybrid – 3 Days Onsite) Duration: 6 Months Interview Process: Face-to-Face Required Rate: DOEKey Responsibilities:Lead and manage end-to-end project and program delivery within a banking environment.Coordinate cross-functional teams across multiple business units and geographic locations.Drive Agile ceremonies and project governance activities to ensure timely project execution.Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, and deliverables.Manage project RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) logs and drive resolution of critical issues.Prepare and present executive-level status reports, dashboards, and project updates.Utilize Jira, Tableau, and Excel to track project metrics and communicate progress to senior leadership.Facilitate stakeholder meetings, align priorities, and ensure effective communication across teams.Coordinate large-scale release activities, including release planning, runbook creation, status tracking, and escalation management.Identify project risks proactively and implement mitigation strategies.Ensure adherence to organizational project management frameworks, standards, and governance processes.Required Qualifications:5+ years of Program and Project Management experience.Strong experience working as a Scrum Master and/or Project Manager in Agile environments.Experience managing complex projects within Banking or Financial Services organizations.Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in a matrixed organization.Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.Hands-on experience with: JiraTableauMicrosoft ExcelExperience managing RAID logs, project reporting, and governance activities.Strong release management and implementation coordination experience.Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
