May be asked to work off hours for a deployment but would adjust work schedule so 40 hours are not exceeded.What you’ll discover:Inclusive cultureGlobal IT Organization which collaborates across U.S., Canada, Europe and AustraliaChallenging, collaborative, and team-based environmentWhat you’ll do:The Loss Prevention (LP) Global Solution Delivery Team is responsible for managing solutions and technology that delivers capabilities to keep our associates and customers safe, preserve company assets, and provide business value.Major Duties/Responsibilities:Lead the scrum teamCollaborate with the technical lead/s to plan the team’s work and support the teams needs based on prioritiesDrive Loss Prevention Epics/Features and initiatives by contributing to stakeholder/ communication/ vendor/ financial managementActs as an escalation point for issues related to deliverySupports team impediment removal and dependency trackingFacilitates Agile team ceremonies e.g., daily standups, reviews, retrospectivesEnsures team agreements are in place and mirrors adherence to SAFe/Agile practicesDrives iteration commitments and plan for delivering business valueCollaborates with other Scrum Masters across the LP/Back of Stores ARTs as necessary, e.g., Scrum of ScrumsCoordinates with other teams as necessary, for example a Shared Services or Release teamKey Partner with the technical lead to ensure product backlog items are refined, prioritized and scheduledSupports estimating activities within the teamResponsible for facilitating capacity planningReviews metrics to measure team progressIdentifies areas for improvementValidates time trackingTracks team objectives using appropriate Agile tools/applicationsProtects team from external interferenceSupports the Global Stores ARTs in their Readiness/PreparationsMay provide Flow Board Management if supporting a Kanban teamMay supports 1 or 2 teamsAbility to manage moderately complex work through their teamsInfluences work and process outside of the ART as neededWhat you’ll need:We seek creative, results oriented professionals to drive delivery.
You'll work with engineers, Scrum masters, business programs, and other professionals to adapt and improve our back-office applications, infrastructure, and cloud modernization efforts.3-5 years as a Scrum Master with agile teams using scrum/SaFe.Agile experience (required); SaFe (preference)Must have the ability to work with JIRA and Confluence (required)Proactive and ‘can do’ attitude to support the releases.Strong project management skills to drive and coordinate with cross functional teams.Strong oral (presentation + conversational communication) and written skillsPowerPoint experience (preference)Must have the ability to work with Mural, Service Now and PowerBI (preferences)Ability to work effectively in a fast paced and support extended hours if needed.Strong analytical and problem-solving skill to identify the deployment issues.
