Project Manager / Scrum MasterInfluential is looking for a highly organized, execution-driven Project Manager / Scrum Master to support delivery across our Creator Commerce platform. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, brings structure to ambiguity, and is passionate about driving predictable, high-quality execution across product and engineering teams.You will play a critical role in optimizing Agile processes, improving team velocity, and ensuring alignment across cross-functional stakeholders. A key focus of this role is owning and enhancing our Jira and Confluence environments to design efficient workflows, implementing automation, and leveraging AI to streamline reporting and improve operational visibility.This is a hands-on role for someone who combines strong program management fundamentals with a continuous improvement mindset.ResponsibilitiesPartner closely with Product Managers and Engineering Leads to ensure smooth sprint executionFacilitate core Scrum Ceremonies: Daily Standups, Sprint Planning, Retrospectives, Backlog grooming and refinement sessionsEnsure backlog readiness by making sure Product Backlog items are clearly defined, estimated, and ready for upcoming sprintsDrive continuous improvement through actionable insights from retrospectivesTrack feature progress and ensure timely delivery across sprintsProactively identify risks, blockers, and dependencies, and drive resolutionCommunicate delays and changes in timelines clearly to stakeholdersFacilitate trade-off decisions (scope vs. Time vs.

This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met.
