Scrum MasterWe are seeking a highly experienced Scrum Master with strong expertise in Scaled Agile frameworks to lead and support cross-functional teams in delivering complex development projects. The ideal candidate should bring proven experience in Agile practices, Rally metrics/reporting, and cloud-based.Key ResponsibilitiesFacilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and PI planning.Partner with Product Owners and stakeholders to ensure backlog prioritization and alignment with business goals.Drive continuous improvement by leveraging Rally metrics and reporting to track progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions.Ensure adherence to Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) principles and best practices across teams.Foster collaboration between development, QA, DevOps, and cloud engineering teams.Coach and mentor teams on Agile principles to enhance delivery effectiveness.Identify and resolve impediments to ensure smooth execution of deliverables.Required Skills & Experience12+ years of overall IT experience with significant expertise as a Scrum Master.Strong background in Scaled Agile (SAFe) delivery.Hands-on experience with Rally (CA Agile Central) for metrics and reporting.Proven track record in managing development projects with Agile methodologies.Cloud exposure (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform) preferred.Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.SAFe or Scrum Master certification highly desirable.
