Scrum Master PositionTargeted Years of Experience: 5 to 7 yearsResponsibilities:Ensuring that goals, scope, and product domain are understood by everyone on the Scrum Team as well as possible.Finding techniques for effective Product Backlog management.Helping the Scrum Team understand the need for clear and concise Product Backlog items.Understanding product planning in an empirical environment.Ensuring the Product Owner knows how to arrange the Product Backlog to maximize value;Understanding and practicing Agile principles.Facilitating Scrum events as requested or needed.Assisting the product organization refine the user stories to make sure they are constructed with all the required information.Coaching the Development Team in self-organization and cross-functionality.Helping the Development Team to create high-value products.Removing impediments to the Development Team’s progress.Facilitating all team meetings, including the Daily Stand-up or Scrum, Grooming Session, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review or Demo, and Sprint Retrospective.Leading and coaching the organization in its Scrum adoption.Planning Scrum implementations within the organization.Helping employees and stakeholders understand and enact Scrum and empirical product development.Implementing change that increases the productivity of the Scrum Team.Working with other Scrum Masters to increase the effectiveness of the application of Scrum in the organization.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) certification.At least 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach.Strong understanding of Agile principles and Scrum practices.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to lead and facilitate discussions and meetings.Experience working with software development teams.Strong analytical and problem-solving skillsProven ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
