Will change to 4 days a week starting from July.We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to support Agile delivery initiatives within our technology and business teams. The Scrum Master will facilitate Agile ceremonies, remove impediments, promote continuous improvement, and ensure successful collaboration between cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and leadership.The ideal candidate should have strong Agile/Scrum expertise, excellent communication skills, and experience working in enterprise or healthcare environments.Key ResponsibilitiesFacilitate Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and backlog refinement sessionsGuide and coach teams on Agile/Scrum principles, best practices, and continuous improvementWork closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Developers, QA teams, and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of projectsIdentify, track, and remove impediments impacting team productivity and sprint goalsSupport sprint execution, release planning, and delivery management activitiesMonitor team performance metrics, sprint velocity, and project progressPromote collaboration, accountability, and transparency across teamsAssist in managing project risks, dependencies, and issue resolutionEnsure Agile tools and boards are maintained accurately (JIRA, Azure DevOps, etc.)Support multiple Agile teams in a fast-paced enterprise environmentDrive process improvements and help establish Agile maturity within teamsRequired SkillsStrong knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologiesExperience facilitating Scrum ceremonies and managing Agile delivery processesExcellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skillsStrong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilitiesAbility to work independently and manage multiple prioritiesExperience working with cross-functional technical and business teamsStrong organizational and time management skillsAbility to analyze project risks and provide proactive solutionsExperience in enterprise-level environments preferredHealthcare or insurance industry experience is a plusRequired Tools & TechnologiesJIRA or Azure DevOpsMicrosoft Teams, Outlook, and Office SuiteAgile project tracking and reporting toolsConfluence or other documentation platformsQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or related field5+ years of Scrum Master or Agile project delivery experienceScrum certification preferred (CSM, PSM, SAFe, etc.)
