Scrum MasterGreenbelt, MD 6+ Months Contract US Citizens only. Role Description: The Scrum Master will be responsible for leading all aspects of the Agile Analytics project lifecycle. Key activities include maintaining Agile artifacts, leading Agile ceremonies, and ensuring adherence to Agile principles. Must have Analytics experience to understand intricacies of applying Agile principles to an analytics project.Responsibilities:Maintain product backlog, sprint backlog, sprint forecast, and burndownLead Agile ceremonies: story sizing, sprint planning, retrospectives, and client demosManages and resolves impediments on a contract with single-function teamsAssists in developing analytic and visualization user storiesDrafts and communicates project strategies and visions.Coordinates with project managers and participates in project planning.Minimum Required Skills/Experience:5+ years of experience as a product owner or Scrum Master3+ years of experience with an Agile softwareOrganizational Skills: Proven ability to plan and prioritize work, both their own and that of project team.
