We are seeking a highly skilled Scrum Master / Technical Data Manager with a strong background in release and change management. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading agile teams, managing technical projects, and ensuring successful delivery in a cloud environment. This role requires a strategic thinker who can facilitate collaboration among cross-functional teams and drive continuous improvement.
Responsibilities:
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews.
- Manage the release and change management processes to ensure smooth transitions and minimal disruption.
- Collaborate with product owners to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Coach and mentor team members on Agile principles and practices.
- Identify and remove impediments to team progress.
- Monitor project progress and performance, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
- Implement best practices for cloud-based project management and delivery.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the team.
Mandatory Skills:
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master in an Agile environment.
- Strong knowledge of release and change management processes.
- Hands-on experience with cloud technologies and platforms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills:
- Certification in Scrum Master (CSM, PSM) or Agile methodologies.
- Experience with project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello).
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools.
- Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and best practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 8-12 years of experience in project management, with a focus on Agile methodologies.
- Demonstrated experience in managing technical projects in a cloud environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
