Scrum Master (Enterprise Project Manager)Location: Columbia, SC (Onsite) Duration: 12 Months (Possible Extension)Position Summary:We are seeking two experienced Scrum Masters with a minimum of 10 years of overall professional experience, including at least 3 years in a Scrum Master role, to support a portfolio of operational and project teams. The ideal candidate will apply Agile principles, facilitate team performance, and ensure consistent delivery of high-quality products and solutions. This position requires hands-on facilitation of Agile ceremonies, removal of blockers, and continuous collaboration with Product Owners, Stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.Key Responsibilities:Lead Scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectivesCoach teams and stakeholders on Agile/Scrum values, principles, and best practicesCollaborate with Product Owners to manage backlogs and prioritize deliverablesTrack and report on KPIs and team performance metricsProactively identify and resolve project roadblocksCommunicate project status, risks, and issues to relevant stakeholdersFoster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvementRequired Skills and Experience:Minimum 10 years of overall professional experienceMinimum 3 years as a dedicated Scrum Master3 years of hands-on experience with Azure DevOpsDeep understanding of Agile/Scrum principles and practical applicationExperience facilitating Scrum events and coaching teamsGeneral knowledge of programming and database queryingFamiliarity with Agile project management toolsExperience managing hybrid projects (Agile + Waterfall)Preferred Qualifications:Agile certification such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM)Experience working on ERP projectsPrevious exposure to government or public sector projects (not required)Education Requirement:Bachelor's Degree (required)Agile certifications (preferred)About Us: InterSources Inc.
