Key Responsibilities Process Facilitation: Guide the team through key Scrum events, including Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Backlog Grooming, and Sprint Retrospectives. Impediment Resolution: Identify and clear blockers, shielding the team from external distractions so they can focus on sprint goals. Agile Coaching: Educate and mentor the team on self-organization, cross-functional collaboration, and continuous improvement. Backlog Support: Collaborate with the Product Owner to ensure the product backlog is properly groomed, understood, and prioritized. Conflict Resolution: Foster a psychologically safe, trusting environment where team members can openly discuss issues and resolve conflicts.Qualifications & Requirements Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field, combined with proven experience managing Agile projects.
