Job Title: Senior Agilist I

Duration: 3+ Months Contract (Strong possibility of extensions)

Job Location: Cincinnati, OH (Hybrid 3 – 4 Days onsite)

Job Profile Summary:

• Senior Agilists are members of the Agile Center.
• Senior Agilists come with at least 3 years of full-time business experience and 1-2 years’ scrum experience.
• After receiving the proper mentoring and training in the client Agile, Scrum and Scrum Mastering, Senior Agilists are given an Agile Squad or Squads to support.
• They will work to ensure their Agile Squad understands and applies all Agile and Scrum values and principles.
• They will co-create working environments that enable their Agile Squad to form into a high-performing team, delivering sustained business value in an Agile manner.

Minimum Knowledge Skills & Abilities:

• 3+ years of full-time business experience
• 1+ year scrum experience
• Experience teaching and/or mentoring peers and/or teams
• Experience communicating and removing impediments outside of team
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Coaching skills with the ability to communicate complex messages and teach new concepts
• Ability to resolve conflicts - strong mediator
• Active xhqgsiq coach and mentor whose goal is to grow and maximize potential
• Brings high-energy and passion to the job with a focus on building strong teams
• Able to build a sense of trust and rapport that creates a sustainable & effective workplace
• Ability to promote innovative thinking and self-improvement
• Bachelor’s in business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a directly related field or equivalent in work experience
