Experience in ADO (Azure Dev Ops). Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts (such as definition of done| user stories| automated testing| backlog refinement). Good knowledge of other Agile frameworks (Safe| XP etc.). Excellent communication and servant leadership skills. Problem-solving and conflict-resolution ability. Outstanding organizational skills. Degree in Computer Science| Business or similar field. Scrum master certification is a plus.
Experience with software development life cycle| waterfall| and agile principles.
Experience with Scrum| Kanban| and SAFe.
Experience understanding technical issues at a high level.
Experience using Agile/Project Management Tools Azure Dev Ops/JIRA experience. Ensures Agile (Scrum/Kanban/SAFe) concepts and principles are adhered to allow teams to perform and accelerate delivery. Proficient in planning| organizing| and facilitating Scrum and SAFe events. Identifies| tracks| and resolves delivery impediments to optimize delivery flow. Develops and analyzes various reports and artifacts to ensure planned work is delivered within the sprint/release by the delivery team. Monitors| measures| and reports on project progress to management/leadership. Monitors and assesses team health and continuous improvement.
