This leadership role is responsible for facilitating Agile ceremonies, coaching cross-functional teams, removing impediments, and ensuring alignment with enterprise Agile standards and best practices.The ideal candidate is a servant leader with exceptional facilitation, coaching, and communication skills who can effectively partner with Product Owners, Engineering leaders, and stakeholders to maximize team performance and business value.Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).5+ years of experience serving as a Scrum Master supporting Agile software development teams.Deep knowledge of Scrum, Agile principles, Lean practices, and iterative software delivery.Demonstrated experience coaching Agile teams toward higher maturity and improved delivery outcomes.Strong facilitation, conflict resolution, servant leadership, and organizational skills.Experience managing cross-functional dependencies across multiple teams.Expertise using Jira for Agile project management, dashboard creation, reporting, and workflow automation.Experience analyzing Agile metrics to improve delivery performance and team effectiveness.Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with Product, Engineering, and executive leadership.Ability to identify risks, remove impediments, and drive teams toward predictable delivery.Preferred QualificationsCertified ScrumMaster (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), SAFe Scrum Master (SSM), or equivalent Agile certification.Experience working in large enterprise Agile environments.Familiarity with Agile scaling frameworks such as SAFe, LeSS, or supporting DevOps, CI/CD, and cloud-based software delivery.Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC), release management, and quality assurance processes.Experience using Agile analytics tools such as Jira Align, Azure DevOps, Rally, or similar platforms.
