Job Title: Scrum Master
Location: Charlotte, NC (3 Days onsite per week)

- 7+ years of experience as a Scrum Master / Agile Scrum Master .
- Strong hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies .
- Previous experience working in the Banking domain .
- Experience managing Agile ceremonies and facilitating cross-functional teams.
- Strong understanding of Agile frameworks, Scrum principles, and SDLC.
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar Agile tools .
- Strong knowledge of sprint planning, backlog management, estimation, velocity, and Agile metrics.
- Experience identifying and resolving project/team impediments.
- Strong communication, facilitation, collaboration, and stakeholder-management skills.
