To support a mission-critical DoD software development program, the full-time remote Scrum Master will facilitate Agile practices, coach cross-functional teams, and ensure successful delivery of software solutions while holding a Scrum Master Certification. Key responsibilities Serve as the Scrum Master for an Agile software development team, facilitating all Scrum ceremonies and ensuring adherence to Agile principles Collaborate with the Government Product Owner to manage and prioritize the Product Backlog, ensuring items are well-defined and ready for execution Remove obstacles impeding team progress and maintain sprint metrics, performance reports, and Agile dashboards Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field Minimum 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master on DoD software development programs Current Agile certification such as Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), SAFe Agilist (SA), or PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) Proficiency with Government-approved Agile management tools like Jira or Azure DevOps Active Secret Security Clearance
