Senior Scrum MasterWorkplace: TX/GAKey Responsibilities:Lead the scrum team in using Agile methodology and scrum practicesHelping the product owner and development team to achieve customer satisfactionWork closely with the Product Owner to enable them to elaborate user stories with acceptance criteria and scenariosEnable the team to self-organize by teaching planning, stand-up and demo ceremonies for the teamCoach the team in how to manage an overall release plan, velocity forecast with agile metricsRemove impediments and coach the scrum team on removing impedimentsHelp the scrum and development teams to identify and fill in blanks in the Agile frameworkResolve conflicts and issues that occurHelp the scrum team achieve higher levels of scrum maturitySupport the product owner and provide education where neededQualifications (Required):Bachelor's and/or masters Degree in computer science or related field or relevant IT experience8+ years scrum master experience.Knowledgeable in techniques to fill in gaps in the scrumExperience with successful Agile techniquesAbility to work with and lead a teamStrong communication, interpersonal and mentoring skills
