The ideal candidate will facilitate Agile ceremonies, remove impediments, and ensure seamless collaboration between business and technical teams.Key Responsibilities:Act as a servant leader for Agile teams working on GenAI solutions in the P&C insurance domain.Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, and Retrospectives).Work closely with Product Owners, Developers, and Business Stakeholders to ensure alignment.Identify and remove roadblocks to optimize team performance.Promote Agile best practices and continuous improvement.Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements in the insurance domain.Qualifications:Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.Must be SAFe Certified Scrum Master (CSM).6+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in Property & Casualty insurance projects.Proven track record of managing technical projects and leading Agile teams.Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, DevOps practices, and release management.Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple projects simultaneously.Experience with Agile tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar.Preferred Qualifications:Experience in the Insurance Industry.Advanced certifications such as PMI-ACP, SAFE, or equivalent.Knowledge of DevOps, GitHub, Rally, non-prod and prod environments.Hands-on experience with DevOps tools and practices.Or refer someone
