Agile Program ManagerKey Responsibilities:Agile Coaching:Mentor and coach agile teams in agile practices and principles.Facilitate agile training sessions and workshops.Promote a culture of continuous improvement and agile mindset across the organization.Provide guidance on agile tools and techniques to enhance team performance.Program Management:Lead and manage large, complex programs consisting of multiple agile teams.Develop and maintain program plans, schedules, and budgets.Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful delivery of program objectives.Identify and mitigate risks, dependencies, and obstacles that may impact program success.Communicate program status, progress, and key metrics to stakeholders.Scrum Master:Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.Ensure the team adheres to Scrum practices and principles.Remove impediments and blockers to enable the team to deliver high-quality work.Foster a collaborative and self-organizing team environment.Track and report on team progress, velocity, and other key performance indicators.
