Working remotely with occasional travel, the full-time Scrum Master / Risk Analyst will manage Agile ceremonies, track team metrics, and identify risks to cost, schedule, and performance while maintaining the risk register and reporting to program leadership. Key responsibilities Run daily standups, sprint planning, and retrospectives while coaching the team on Scrum and SAFe practices Review and update risk data, maintaining the risk register and reporting risk status to leadership Collaborate with the delivery team and program team to clear roadblocks and ensure project commitments are met Required qualifications Bachelor's degree Five (5) years of relevant work experience Experience as a Scrum Master for a delivery team Working knowledge of SAFe Lean-Agile principles and practices Experience writing and briefing status reports for leadership
