Scrum Master
Working with IT leads and the product management team, the scrum master is responsible for supporting the Salesforce development team to complete quality work with on-time delivery to meet business expectations. The scrum master will leverage knowledge of agile best practices, general technical background and interpersonal skills to motivate and energize the team.
Focus Areas
- Facilitating weekly agile sessions, including daily stand-up meetings, story refinement and sizing, backlog review, sprint planning, sprint reviews and retrospectives.
- Coaching the team as a whole and as individuals to strengthen skillsets, encouraging them to become a self-organizing, collaborative unit.
- Using JIRA to track work in progress and report on data trends.
- Gathering and reporting on metrics to provide insight, identify bottlenecks for resolution and highlight opportunities to optimize delivery and value.
- Promoting continuous improvement within the team and in cross-team collaboration, targeting actionable next steps.
- Coordinating ad hoc meetings as needed for communication across teams to share information, updates and hold problem-solving discussions.
- Supporting organizational changes, onboarding of new team members

Working knowledge of JIRA, Clarity, Microsoft Office applications is desired.
