Lead daily standups, backlog refinement, sprint planning, retrospectives, and other core Scrum activities across one to three delivery teams. Partner with technical and product leaders to implement and continuously improve each team's Scrum framework. Facilitate team discussions, decision-making, conflict resolution, and clear communication. Qualifications: At least 3 years of hands-on Scrum Master experience supporting software engineering or product delivery teams. Proven ability to execute core Scrum Master responsibilities independently and with minimal guidance across one or two concurrent teams. Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Slack, and Google Workspace.
