About the Role:

Join Orlando Surgical Suite as a Scrub Technician and play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional patient care. We are seeking a dedicated professional to support our medical team in a dynamic and innovative environment based in Orlando, FL.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and maintain a sterile environment for surgical procedures.

Assist surgeons and medical staff with surgical instruments and supplies.

Ensure all surgical tools are properly sterilized and organized.

Monitor patient vitals and assist with patient positioning during procedures.

Collaborate with the medical team to ensure efficient workflow and patient safety.

Document and track surgical supplies and equipment usage.

Adhere to all safety and hygiene protocols in the surgical setting.

Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; certification in surgical technology preferred.

Previous experience as a scrub technician or in a similar role is highly desirable.

Strong knowledge of surgical instruments and aseptic techniques.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.

Current CPR and First Aid certifications are a plus.

Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to patient care.

Flexible schedule with availability for on-call shifts as needed.
