Challenger Teamwear is looking for experienced screen printers who can print logos and sponsors to sporting apparel.This role is responsible for operating and maintaining screen printing equipment to produce high-quality printed apparel, including jerseys, spirit wear, and team uniforms. The ideal candidate works efficiently in a fast-paced production environment, maintains quality standards, and helps ensure orders are completed accurately and on schedule. This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday.Key responsibilities include:Printing logos, sponsors, and designs on athletic uniforms and apparelChecking for ink coverage and density, alignment and registrationMaintaining production speed while meeting quality standards and deadlinesTroubleshooting printing issues and making necessary adjustments during productionCompleting all documentation for production requirementsSetting up screens for manual printingCleaning and maintaining screens, presses, squeegees, and production equipmentFollowing work orders, production schedules, and safety proceduresQualifications include:Experienced silk screen printer preferred, but training will be providedAbility to work in a fast-paced manufacturing or production environmentStrong attention to detail and quality controlAbility to stand for extended periods and lift boxes or apparel bundles as neededDexterity and arm-hand steadiness – ability to quickly move hands, arms, fingers to grasp, manipulate or assemble and the ability to keep hand and arm steadyDependable attendance and strong work ethicBasic mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skillsTeam-oriented mindset with the ability to meet production goalsMust be authorized to work in the U.S.A.Preferred skills include:Strong organizational and interpersonal skillsSelf-motivatedPossess a good eye for detailBenefits include:MedicalDentalVisionLifeAccidentPaid holidaysPaid time off401-k with matchShift:40 hours/weekMonday - Friday7:00AM - 3:45PMPay rate: $16-17 per hour, based on experience
