In this on-site role, you will operate and adjust asphalt screed equipment to produce a smooth, accurate mat, maintaining proper depth, slope, and crown. Working closely with the paving crew, you’ll read grades, follow directions from the foreman, and help ensure safe, efficient operations in the field.
