Screed & Roller OperatorAs a Screed & Roller Operator at Huntzberry Brothers, Inc., you will work with a paving crew in a safe and effective manner to ensure timely completion of our projects. Safety is our #1 priority!Responsibilities and DutiesOperate paver screed, 1 TN, 5 TN and 10 TN rollersCompact asphalt material using rollers of various sizesPerform daily checks on equipment to ensure proper operating condition which includes greasing and checking fluidsKeep exterior components (including tracks) cleaned out dailyPark and store equipment safely at the end of each dayFollow safety regulations including OSHA and local jurisdictionsCooperate with others in a team environmentAccept direction from supervisorOther duties as assignedQualifications and SkillsWorking knowledge of and understand the screed on an 8' and 10' paverHigh school diploma or certification in a skilled tradeAbility to read and follow construction site drawings, diagrams and specifications is preferredValid driver's license and reliable transportationPass pre-employment drug screen and background checkBenefitsMedical and Supplemental Health coverageRetirement PlanPTO and Paid HolidaysQuarterly Company Functions
