Salt & Straw is hiring Scoopers in San Diego to deliver exceptional guest experiences while supporting daily shop operations. You will greet guests, share flavor stories, offer samples, and help guide customers to their next favorite scoop.

Responsibilities include scooping, preparing cones, handling the register, and maintaining cleanliness and safety standards in a fast-paced retail environment. Prior food service is a plus, with opportunities for growth.
