Overview
Responsible for the development, qualification and execution of robust and reliable ligand-binding assays (LBAs) suitable for characterizing the disposition and immunogenicity of biotherapeutic and quantitation of biomarkers in various matrices using a range of potential screening platforms and assay techniques; also responsible for sample analysis from early discovery-stage studies.
Responsibilities
- Develop, qualify and execute robust and reliable ligand-binding assays (LBAs) to characterize the disposition and immunogenicity of biotherapeutics and quantitation of biomarkers in various matrices using a range of screening platforms and assay techniques.
- Perform sample analysis from early discovery-stage studies.
Additional Skills
- Large molecule ligand-binding assay development and execution; large molecule LBA study sample analysis
- What will the resource be working with, or, have exposure to?
- Biohazardous Agent work (such as menigiditis, staph aureus, Lenti Virus, streph pneumoniae)
- NHP cells or tissues
- Unscreened blood, human tissue or human cell lines
