We are seeking aScientistII to join the Nucleic Acid Design and Discovery (NADD) team. Thisrole focuses onoligonucleotide therapeutics discovery , supportingRNAi-based research through synthesis, characterization, and collaborationacross therapeutic areas.

Key Responsibilities

• Designand execute oligonucleotide synthesis and purification workflows.
• PerformHPLC and mass spectrometry analysis for characterization and impurityprofiling.
• SupportRNAi and nucleic acid therapeutic discovery across neuroscience,immunology, and oncology programs.
• Developand scale up synthesis of lead oligonucleotide candidates for preclinicalstudies.
• Collaboratewith cross-functional teams to integrate chemistry and biology data.
• Maintainand troubleshoot lab equipment (e.g., oligo synthesizers, HPLC systems).
• Conductliterature reviews and contribute to experimental design and strategy.

Qualifications

• BS/MSin Organic Chemistry or related field.
• Hands-onexperience with oligonucleotide synthesis, purification, andcharacterization.
• Experiencewith automated oligo synthesizers, HPLC, and mass spectrometry.
• Understandingof RNAi, nucleic acid therapeutics, and modification chemistriespreferred.
• Industryexperience in biotech/pharma R&D is a plus.
