Join my client’s Analytical Science team and help advance innovative CAR-T, gene therapy, and viral vector programs. This hands-on role spans the analytical lifecycle, turning scientific questions into rigorous assays that can help move novel therapeutic programs forward.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Develop and validate cell-based, flow cytometry, and molecular assays
  • Characterize CAR-T cells and lentiviral vectors
  • Design experiments, analyze data, troubleshoot variability, and define next steps
  • Perform mammalian cell culture, qPCR/dPCR, cloning, and DNA/RNA techniques
  • Prepare methods, protocols, validation documentation, and technical reports

About You

  • PhD or MSc in Immunology, Virology, Molecular Biology, or related field
  • Expertise in multiparameter flow cytometry, panel design, and gating
  • Experience with qPCR and/or dPCR
  • Strong analytical method development and troubleshooting capabilities
  • Scientific writing, communication, and data interpretation skills
