Science Curriculum Manager

Managing a content development team, the full-time salaried Group Curriculum Manager, Science will oversee the creation and review of K-8 curriculum materials, ensuring high-quality educational content delivery in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Manage a team of Curriculum Content Specialists and Copy Editors, providing leadership and resource coordination for effective content production Coordinate multi-curriculum content development across internal and external teams, ensuring quality standards and timely delivery of instructional materials Establish and maintain content development processes and quality benchmarks to meet organizational standards and educational effectiveness requirements Required qualifications 8+ years of progressive science curriculum content development experience, including 3-5 years in management roles Bachelor's degree in Science, Education, Curriculum and Instruction, or related field; Master's degree preferred Proven experience in managing science content development teams and conducting performance evaluations Expertise in coordinating multi-curriculum projects and managing competing priorities Hands-on understanding of curriculum development processes and quality assurance procedures
