New Haven Youth & Family Services seeks a School Support Specialist to help adolescent girls succeed academically and emotionally in our residential treatment and boarding school. In this on-site role, you’ll support students in classrooms, reinforce therapeutic and academic goals, and promote safety and structure using trauma-informed approaches. You’ll collaborate closely with teachers, clinicians, and residential staff, assist with behavior management, document progress, and model healthy relationships.
