As a School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist , you'll work with students across K-12 schools, conducting evaluations, developing individualized treatment plans, and providing therapy services that help students thrive both academically and socially.

?? What You'll Do:

? Conduct speech and language evaluations

? Develop and implement individualized therapy plans

? Provide direct therapy services to students

? Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff

? Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports

? Support student success across a variety of school settings

?? Qualifications:

? Active SLP License in the state of assignment

? CCC-SLP preferred (and may be required based on assignment)

? Commitment to professional standards of practice

? Current CPR Certification (if applicable)

? Current Health Certificate (per contract/state requirements)

? TB Questionnaire, PPD, or Chest X-Ray (if applicable)

? Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements

? Must be at least 18 years of age

?? Important Details:

? 35 Hours Per Week

? One-Year Contract

? Must be comfortable floating to various K-12 school sites throughout the district

? In-Person Candidates Only (No Hybrid or Virtual Opportunities)

The Speech-Language Pathologist in the school setting is responsible for performing student evaluations as well as providing and documenting therapy services in accordance with the plan of care developed for each individual student and the physician's orders.

Minimum Requirements:

  Active Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) Licensure in the state of assignment required

  n

  Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred and may be required by state/contract.

  Complies with all relevant professional standards of practice

  Current CPR if applicable
