Qualifications & Experience:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Valid SLP-CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence)
• Prior experience in a K-12 school setting strongly preferred
• Current licensure to practice in California
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational abilities, with a passion for fostering student growth

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive speech and language therapy services to a diverse caseload of students
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in coordination with multidisciplinary teams
• Conduct assessments, write evaluation reports, and maintain thorough documentation
• Participate in team meetings, parent conferences, and case management activities
• Provide consultation and support to teachers, staff, and families regarding effective communication strategies
