Desired Experience and Qualifications:

• Active and valid Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license in California
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required
• Comfortable working with both elementary and high school populations
• Ability to assess, diagnose, and treat a variety of speech and language disorders
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to partner with teachers, parents, and other service providers
• Open to new graduates with relevant clinical practicum experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments for K-12 students
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to the needs of each student
• Provide direct and consultative speech-language therapy services in person
• Collaborate with classroom teachers, special education teams, and families for integrated care
• Document progress, maintain compliance with state and federal guidelines, and participate in IEP meetings as needed
• Support students' communication skills to enhance participation in daily academic and social activities
