You'll partner with educational teams to improve student outcomes, providing skilled speech and language therapy in a supportive academic environment.
Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active Kentucky SLP license (or eligibility to obtain)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
• Experience in school-based settings highly preferred
• Proficiency or interest in delivering teletherapy using secure virtual platforms
• Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills
• Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary school staff

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments to identify students' speech, language, and communication needs
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and therapy goals
• Deliver evidence-based therapy in-person and/or remotely, based on student need and your availability
• Document student progress and maintain compliance with district/state requirements
• Consult with teachers, special educators, and families to support carryover of skills
• Participate in IEP meetings, staff development, and ongoing professional growth
