Key Qualifications & Experience:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid state licensure and current CCC-SLP certification (consideration given to CFY candidates)
- Experience or strong interest in working with school-aged children
- Familiarity and comfort with teletherapy platforms
- Effective communicator, adept at collaborating with educators and families
- Strong organizational and documentation skills
- Commitment to fostering growth in students with diverse speech and language needs
- Deliver engaging assessments and direct therapy remotely
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Monitor progress and document student outcomes in compliance with school standards
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
- Contribute your expertise in IEP meetings and professional consultations
- Maintain communication with families to support skill generalization at home
